July and August

July
We had some friends over to swim and cookout for July 4th.  We shot off some fireworks too.

Korie, Autumn and I snuck away for a weekend.  It was so much fun!!

Coolest doodle I know

Landon’s t-ball team did really good and it was so fun watching him play, and Wayne coach.

Bebe and Papa came to watch and Papa helped him out on the field.

Autumn and I took all the kids to the movies!  We were severely outnumbered!

Sisters came to watch Landon play tball.

I took the kids to the park and let them play in the splash pad in their clothes.

We celebrated Olives 8th birthday.  She had a visit from a beach llama.  We had some friends over to swim and celebrate her.

One morning I walked by the front window and noticed it looked “different”.  Our cul-de-sac was flooded and the water kept rising.  The drain was clogged with building material.  Wayne ran down there and the water was up to the middle of his thigh.  The car we had bought for Caiden turned out to be a total loss.

I signed Landon up for a few trial classes at a taekwondo studio.  Maybe we will try again when he is a little older and can focus better.

The boys t-ball season came to an end.  They did really good.

We celebrated Kenzies birthday and went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner.

A unicorn came to visit her on her birthday morning.

August
Wayne and I went to Antigua and were upgraded to first class.  I may never be able to fly regular again.

It was BEAUTIFUL!

Giant snails were everywhere!  Hundreds of them.

We did an excursion where we zip lined through the rainforest.  It was awesome!

Then we went to a little island and went kayaking.  The water was crystal blue and you could see straight to the bottom.  We kayaked around conch island.  It had tons of conch shells underwater.  On the way back to the resort our guide took us to see sting rays.  He jumped right in and let us touch them.

Max got a haircut when we got back and he looked long and skinny.

Caiden got his drivers permit….ahhh….

The girls had meet the teacher at school.  Masks are not required this year.

Bebe and I took Landon to see the PawPatrol movie while the girls were at school.

Wat w is the dog whisperer.

Roxy still likes to lay stretched out and will hang off the couch like this.

Landon started pre-k.  He is the cutest.

We got to sneak out with some friends to watch a concert at Southern Junction.  Always a good time with this crew.

We decided to do an accent wall in our bedroom.  Wayne did such a good job!  I’m so proud of him and love it so much.

I love our time in the car before school starts.  He is so funny.

Roxy is our problem child.  She will chew the most random things.  This time it was the carpet off the bottom stair.

We got padding to fix it and she ate the padding before we even had a chance to fix it.
