Football and volleyball

Landon started flag football.  We had a hard time finding a mouth guard to fit his little mouth.  He would gag every time he put it in his mouth.  




He had so much fun.  Madison also started a new season of volleyball.  She is playing on the same team as last season but brought 2 friends from her class to play with her.

Makenzie had a volleyball tournament and played really well.  I love watching her play and seeing her progress more and more.







We were finally able to find a mouth guard to fit Landon.   It looks like he is sucking on a pacifier.

Madison had her first game and they won.  Her and her 2 friends she brought are the youngest on the team and everyone was shocked at how well they did.  Madi got all her serves over and returned a few as well.
Madison got the game girl award!  I am so proud of her!

A day at the dentist

The kids all had their dentist appointments.  It’s easier to do all 3 at the same time and knock it out.  Bebe came with us and thank goodness she did.  They played paper rock scissor while we waited. Landon had his first set of X-rays.  He made a gagging sound every time the lady even came near him.  We were all cracking up. The girls did awesome and got a great report.  Easy peasy.  Then it was Landon’s turn.  He clenched his teeth, cried, spit, BIT THE DENTIST (on accident, but still….).  It was awful.  I had to basically lay on top of him and hold him down while she pried his mouth open so she could BRUSH HIS TEETH…….WITH A TOOTHBRUSH.  I brush his teeth everyday, I’m not sure what got into him.  Afterwards we made wishes in the fountain and grabbed some lunch and called it a day.

Volleyball, birthday, braces and puppies

Makenzie had a one day tournament a few Sundays ago. It was a LONG day.  We got there at 7:30 and got home about 7 that night.  The girls played really well and came in second.  Kenzie played amazing and got a lot of playing time.  She is really improving and her serves have come a long way. We took Papa out to lunch for his birthday.  He let bubba help him blow out his candles. Hallie got her braces.   I woke up and found Roxy snuggled up with me on my pillow.  Don’t mind the drool mark. I got the girls school pictures back.  They are getting too big. Makenzie had a private lesson with one of the coaches at her club.  She is really working on her serves. Madison came with Wayne and so to Lowes to get wood to finish up the bathroom.  She loved getting that one on one time and helping us. I took Madison out for a date Saturday morning.  She wanted to go to Target, Walmart and Chick fil A for lunch.  It was fun getting g to spend...
